All refunds will be processed and refunded within 7-10 business days.

All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the date of the invoice to hold a reservation.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

For all services that total $2000 or more can be paid 50% up front to hold the booking. The additional due balance is due the 1st day at the start of the booking.
